Scott T. Anderson is a founding shareholder of Rupp, Anderson, Squires & Waldspurger, P.A. Before founding RASW, Scott was a senior partner and one of the managing attorneys at Ratwik, Roszak, & Maloney, P.A., where he worked for the past twenty-one years. Scott is a senior litigator with twenty-eight years of experience. His primary client base consists of counties. Scott practices in the areas of municipal powers and duties, data privacy and open meeting law, labor and employment law, and general civil litigation in state and federal court with an emphasis on land use, employment, discrimination and police misconduct litigation. He is known throughout the State for his extensive experience in land use litigation, including zoning and environmental issues. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law.
