Calen E. King

Calen King is an associate attorney with Rupp, Anderson, Squires, Waldspurger & Mace, P.A. His areas of practice include civil litigation, employment law, municipal law, school law, investigations, and construction law.

He earned his B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from the University of Montana School of Business. During undergrad, Calen worked as a student advisor at the business school and advised his peers on graduation plans and academics. He also interned with the U.S. Department of Transportation in Washington D.C., which provided him an opportunity to work in governmental regulation and enforcement encompassing all six modes of transportation. After completing his undergrad, he was a criminal and family law paralegal in Missoula, Montana for four years where he gained most of his experience in litigation. Calen then went to law school at the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota. During law school, he clerked at a family law firm and also prosecuted for the City of East Grand Forks, Minnesota, prosecuting petty misdemeanor to gross misdemeanor criminal cases under his Minnesota student attorney practice papers. Calen is admitted to practice in state court in Minnesota.
